Scope Overview
Settled and sunken concrete creates trip hazards, drainage problems, and structural concerns while diminishing property appearance and value. Our concrete leveling services lift settled slabs back to proper grade using proven methods that cost 50-70% less than concrete replacement.
We offer traditional mudjacking (slabjacking) using cement-based grout and modern polyurethane foam injection, selecting the best method for each situation. Concrete leveling works for sidewalks, parking lots, warehouse floors, loading docks, pool decks, and most concrete flatwork that has settled due to soil consolidation, erosion, or inadequate compaction.
Mudjacking involves drilling small holes through settled concrete and pumping cement-based slurry under pressure beneath the slab. The grout fills voids and exerts lifting pressure, raising the concrete back to desired grade.
Modern polyurethane foam injection uses similar principles but with expanding foam that weighs much less than cement grout, making it ideal for situations where soil bearing capacity is limited. Both methods restore proper elevation, eliminate trip hazards, correct drainage issues, and extend concrete service life at a fraction of replacement cost.
